About Us

Full Spectrum’s Rainbow House of the Mahoning Valley is committed to providing safe, affirming, and accessible housing for LGBTQIA+ adults in the Mahoning Valley. As Ohio’s only LGBTQIA+ adult homeless shelter, our mission is to address the disproportionate risk of homelessness within our community by offering emergency and transitional housing rooted in dignity, safety, and compassionate care.

Through coordinated support services, case management, mental health partnerships, and community collaboration, we empower LGBTQIA+ adults to achieve stability, independence, and long-term housing security. We exist to ensure that every LGBTQIA+ individual in our region has not only a safe place to stay, but a pathway forward — and a place to truly call home.
